Evangelista & Associates, P.C., CPA’s was founded by New Jersey entrepreneur and businessman Ralph J. Evangelista in 1991.  It has since grown to a medium-sized public accounting firm with staff members that offer a wealth of knowledge and diversity in talent.  The firm serves most of its clients throughout the New Jersey/New York Metropolitan area, but also provides services for businesses and individuals in approximately 20 other states.

We are a full service public accounting firm committed to providing the highest level of quality and client satisfaction.  Our extensive practical experience in both accounting and tax compliance offers clients a two-fold advantage: we help firms successfully operate and expand their business, while minimizing taxes to retain profits. In other words, our goal is to help our clients make money and keep it!

Since compliance with today's complex and ever-changing tax and business regulatory laws is difficult (and becoming more so), we assist our clients in understanding and applying these complex rules in their business and personal affairs.  We are available to provide financial reporting services of all ranges, including compilations, reviews, audits, and specialized industry reporting.
