Marylee R. Evangelista, CPA
Warren L. Frazer launched this firm in 1972 in North Brunswick, New Jersey. Marylee R. Evangelista joined the firm and took partnership in 1994. At this point the firm took the title Frazer, Evangelista & Company and was located in New Brunswick. Through these decades, services expanded and both Warren and Marylee became Certified Valuation Analysts (NAVCA). In 2002, Warren retired and Marylee headed the firm.

Ralph Evangelista, CPA
Professor at Monmouth University and former board member of the NJ Society of Certified Public Accountants, Ralph operated Evangelista & Associates from East Brunswick beginning in 2003.

Frazer, Evangelista & Company, LLC was established early in 2009, merging Frazer, Evangelista & Company and Evangelista & Associates. With this merger, both locations remain open for your greater convenience. All services of this public accounting firm are available in both locations.
