The firm continues to prosper under the direction of Marylee, and has since merged with Evangelista & Associates, PC in order to form Frazer, Evangelista & Company, LLC.

Evangelista & Associates, PC was founded by Ralph Evangelista, a graduate of the Masters in Taxation program of Seton Hall University. The merging of his firm with Frazer, Evangelista & Company allows for a broader array of services and the ability for both to help more clients from both office locations.
