CPA Warren L. Frazer began as a corporate accountant, followed by a position at Ernst & Ernst as a public accountant. Thereafter, Frazer established a practice designed to provide personalized, hands-on accounting services to businesses. In 1999, Frazer partnered with Marylee R. Evangelista, CPA forming Frazer, Evangelista & Company. Today, under the direction of Marylee, the firm has merged with Evangelista & Associates, PC to form Frazer, Evangelista & Company, LLC. The merger allows our clients to obtain all of the services needed with one firm.
